A beautiful, feminine, flowy maxi dress made from the most dreamy Indian cotton which will soften more and more beautifully with every wash.
Featuring a quilted bodice with contrasting satin trim and a beautifully flattering V shape at the waistline. The skirt is a single layer Indian cotton, slightly heavier than the blue version, not transparent and easily worn with no underskirt. The skirt also features a quilted hem with satin trim. The back of the bodice has been sewn in with shirring elastic which makes it a little more forgiving on sizing, but also keeps the bodice as fitting as possible. The finish on these dresses is impeccable, as always. Every seam has been finished with French seams, and the hand block printing is absolutely divine.
Styled on classic Indian block-print dresses from the 70's which are now nearly impossible to find as vintage. The true vintage are as delicate as tissue, basically as to be un-wearable and weren't made in sizes larger than a modern day 'S'.
