Returns, Refunds and Exchanges.


I want you to love and cherish your Outlaw Dame purchase, and I'd love to provide all of my customers with an amazing online shopping experience. In the chance that your garment is not the correct fit and you wish to return or exchange your item I have a 14 day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from when your item arrives to you.

~PLEASE NOTE~ 'Sale' items are final sales, and are not eligible for returns. Exchanges for size are possible where stock levels allow.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  

To start a return, you can print the returns/exchange form here. Items sent back to me without a form may take longer, as it gets very confusing. Please remember to retain the tracking number until the item has been refunded so we can keep track of it.

Please check our measurements for correct sizing. We are happy to refund the purchase price, but postage will not be refunded for change of mind or incorrect size buying. Postage for a replacement item will be at the customers expense.

Items bought on sale are final and not eligible for a refund or return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, the replacement garment will be dispatched the next business day. If you want your item for a particular event please feel free to let me know, and express post can be arranged, no problem.


Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
